Account Information We Collect: When you're invited to join , we collect your email address, first name, last name, and gender. When you accept an invitation or reset your password, you create a password, which is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our servers but is never stored on your device. Your account information (name, email, gender, language preference, and access permissions) is stored on our servers to operate your account.

Hymn and Playlist Data: When you're signed in, actions like creating playlists, saving hymns to a playlist, and submitting hymn lyric corrections are stored on our servers and associated with your account. Playlists can be marked public or private at your choice.

On Your Device: Your login session is kept on your device using Apple's secure Keychain storage, so you don't have to sign in every time you open the app. This is never shared with anyone else.

Community Treasury Manager: The treasury management tool (for tracking congregation income, expenses, and reports) works entirely offline. This financial data is stored only in a local database on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. If you choose to export a report as a PDF, you control where it's saved or shared (for example, to Files, Photos, or email) using your device's standard share options -- we don't have access to it.

Third-Party Services: does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your Data Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Treasury data stored locally on your device is fully within your control and can be deleted directly on your device.

Updates to Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
